
Consign With Hodgepodge
If you're interested in consigning with us, here are your next steps:

Text or call your name, photos, and a description of your item(s) to 251.536.0986.

Items are approved based on style, condition, and current inventory needs. We'll let you know if we can consign your piece(s).

Once approved, we'll schedule a time for drop off and you can sign the consigner agreement online or in person.
What kind of items do we accept:
Gently used furniture, home accessories, art, and décor.
What kind of items do we NOT accept:
Broken, damaged, or dirty pieces, mattresses, armoires, electronics, used bedding.


Consignment Agreement
Please read the terms below carefully. You'll complete and sign this agreement once your item(s) are approved — either online below or in person at drop-off.
Term: All accepted items are consigned for 4 months from the date they're entered into inventory.
Commission: Consignor and Hodgepodge split the final selling price 50/50.
Pricing: Hodgepodge sets the initial selling price based on market value, condition, and current demand.
Automatic Markdown Schedule:
15 days – 10% off
30 days – 20% off
60 days – 30% off
90 days – 40% off
120 days – 50% off
Early Pickup: Items removed before the 4-month term ends are subject to a 10% early pickup fee based on the item's original selling price.
Damaged Items: If damage is found that wasn't visible or disclosed at drop-off, we'll notify you. Items must be picked up within 3 days of notification or they may be disposed of. Consignor is responsible for removal costs on large items.
Payments: Checks are available for pickup after the 1st of each month for items sold the previous month. Store credit may be used anytime. Checks are only mailed with a self-addressed, stamped envelope provided. Funds are held for 1 year from the date of sale.
Liability: Hodgepodge is not responsible for loss or damage from theft, fire, water, accidents, handling, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, but will make every reasonable effort to safeguard consigned items.
Unsold Items: At the end of the 4-month term, the consignor chooses whether unsold items are donated or picked up.
